Stephen brings a combination of leadership, consulting, investment and military experience to Tunza consulting. A former Regular Army Infantry Officer with operational service in Northern Ireland, the Balkans, Africa and Iraq Stephen continues as an Army Reservist specialising in Intelligence and Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC). From 2020 until 2024 Stephen developed and led the British Army’s Intelligence support to counter-poaching work in Africa. As a civilian Stephen spent twenty years consulting to corporate, government and third-sector clients. As Managing Director and Partner of Moorhouse Consulting he led a management buy-out (MBO) from BT plc, the subsequent expansion of the business and sale to Expleo Group. He now combines a portfolio of start-up investments and Non-Exec Directorships (NED) with Army Reserve service and work as a Tunza Consultant.

Dimple is the former Deputy CEO of Deloitte UK, where she worked with clients on organisational transformation issues, advising clients on the future of work and responding to the business opportunities and challenges as a result of the changing dynamics of society, organisation and talent. Since then she has delivered freelance consultancy for talent aquisition and strategic organisational change for clients in multiple sectors alongside increased study and travel to delve deeper into social and environmental causes.

She sits on the boards of several charities in her primary interest areas of education, women's empowerment and conservation, particularly supporting poor communities in India and Africa. A keen traveller and photographer, Dimple seeks to capture both the social and environmental stories from local communities and wildlife conservation projects.

Steven has over 25 years of multinational experience in technology innovation, marketing, branding, turnaround strategy, entrepreneurship and media, including working as CMO for Kodak and Nokia, leading their business turnarounds and subsequent growth. He now advises leaders and mentors rising talent in organizations across various segments, including life sciences, travel and hospitality, communications technology, government, social impact, design, and media. He is the author of The Conscience Economy, a book exploring the global rise of socially impactful, sustainable businesses and believe that our toughest challenges are opportunities to drive positive change through innovation, economic growth and developing human potential.

Erum brings over 20 years of global experience in transforming enhancing organisation's people into strategic drivers of business success, including supoprting global operations at Shell and the Global Head of HR at Citi. She is an expert in transforming HR functions into strategic drivers of business success and has a proven track record in leading complex change initiatives, optimizing talent management, and fostering an effective working environment. Recognised for solving intricate problems, motivating teams, and consistently delivering results that exceed expectations, she now delivers consultancy for organisatons around the world to enhance their people and operations to drive business growth. Erum is a baord member and advisor to several conservation and education charities in Pakistan, helping vulenrable communities and supporting the protection of wildlife and ecosystems.

John has almost four decades of conservation experience, working in one of the toughest environments on the planet; helping to protect the critically endangered Grauer's Gorillas in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. John is the founder and CEO of the Pole Pole Foundation, a multi-award winning conservation charity and Earthshot Prize Finalist in the Protect and Restore Nature Category. John established the concept of the 'Conserpreneur' in the 1990s while taking the likes of Bill Gates and Al-Gore to trek gorillas and setting up his gorilla tourism souvenir business. which took off and he invested the proceeds in conservation through the establishment of the Pole Pole Foundation. He has endured more than a quarter of a century of armed conflict and poverty, growing the foundation and building international renown as on the world's leading conservationists.

Naomi has over 20 years of experience at the intersection of business and the arts. A natural connector with a wide network, she has driven change and business development across corporate, charitable, and start-up environments. Starting her career in corporate finance at Shearman & Sterling and Mayer Brown, Naomi later pursued her passion for the arts, graduating from Met Film School in 2006. She was part of the management team at Slingshot and was selected for the prestigious UKFC & Skillset Producers Placement programme in 2009. As a consultant, she has shaped cultural strategy and community-building for leading arts, hospitality, and membership brands, including KOKO, The Roof Gardens, Broadwick Soho, Bodyism and Ladbroke Hall. She has also provided pro bono support to Action for Children, Special Yoga Foundation and climate charity Ashden.
